About the Role

We’re looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Inside Support Specialist to join our growing team. This person will support outside sales reps, communicate with vendors, and play a key role in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide administrative and sales support to outside reps
  • Manage incoming orders and coordinate with the warehouse
  • Communicate clearly with engineering, vendors, and customers
  • Track key performance indicators and ensure timely reporting
  • Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in project management, customer service, or logistics
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and accountability
  • Familiarity with construction or industrial equipment is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
